Welcome to Global Secondhand. By using our apps or services you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Prices, currency, and billing period are shown by Google Play at checkout.
• Free trials or introductory offers, when available, are defined by Google Play. At the end of a trial, the subscription renews at the displayed price unless cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Access continues until the current period ends.

Ads

The free tier may show ads. Subscribing removes ads while the subscription is active.

Privacy

Acceptable Use

• No scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk/automated extraction of listings, search results, or any other content from the service.
• No automated or programmatic access to our APIs or endpoints, and no use of the service (or data obtained from it) to build, train, or operate a competing product, dataset, or service.
• Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limits, access controls, or other security or technical measures.
• No abuse, overloading, or unlawful use of the service.

The service — including its software, source code, design, user interface, text, the structure and selection of the aggregated marketplace database, and the underlying APIs — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except as expressly permitted here, you may not copy, reproduce, reverse‑engineer, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
